    Three 1 minute rounds of work with 15 seconds of transition/rest, right?

    How many rounds/times should we do this circuit, and what are the exercises for each circuit?

    Looks like fun (groan...).

  2. the order of "event" is not the improtant part and it changes each time we do this workout. we do MOB every so often as it gives us a break to have fun, and compete.

    all exercises including the row were for 1:00. If i remeber it was:
