Kettlebell Swing (M-53 lbs/F-35 lbs)
Ab-Mat Sit-ups
Box Jumps (20 inches)
Push-ups
Don't complain. the KB swings were going to be SDHPs! SW is up 1st tomorrow, let's see how we all do in comparison.
Snatch - 95 x3 x2, 115 x3, 135 x4, 155, 165(f), 165, 175(f), 175, 185(f) so what did i do, added more weight...190(f). my PR is 185. the fail at 190 was my best effort EVER at such a weight. i'm getting better and i hope to do BWT by years' end.
