WHAT! i think she was mad cause yelled at her while she was trying to keep my fat butt going during Fran.
Hang Squat Cleans - Worked up to 175 x 1, failed 185 X 1 (just couldn't get under it!)OHS - Worked up to 155 X 1
HPCL - got 225 missed at 245. too big of a jump.
