    95 x2 x2, 135, 155, 185, 205, 225, 245, 260(f), 260(f).

    lost the bar on the 245 attempt...so i PCL to prove to myself i could do the weight. got under the pr attempt of 260 (the 1st time) but did not get my elbows up and around fast enough.

    3 mile run un-timed.
