    Here's the funny thing. my "grace" PR is 6:04. today i did it in 6:00 with 10 rounds of "cindy" in the middle. i guess i better step it up!

    I was at 11:30 going into the last round of C&J and ended up doing 5 sets of 2s in about 2:40.

  3. I wanted to be there SO bad to try this one as I missed it the first time around. But, I've got to climb water towers at 4:30 AM tomorrow!

    But I promise that I'll make this one up. I think it looks fun!
