    Nice time. Glad the shoulder is feeling better. I have to work the next few weekends so am out. I would much rather be at TF than the hospital!

    Today I did a nice leg/core Metcon workout:
    5 Rounds
    Double Under x 10
    OHS #45 x 20
    Situp x 25
    Time 10:32

    Really felt it in the quads by the end, especially after doing one-leg squats yesterday.
