    The 9' height of the pull-up bar has substantial impact!

  6. nice time Kurt - I have a goal to break 6min.

    I was doing some butterflies on that pullup bar and you are right! at least for me - being able to freely swing my legs helps with pullups... the height and the diameter help a lot.

    I will do fran some time this week! I do want someone watching me to make sure my ROM is good.
