  2. Press - 250 (PR). should have worked on my lousy Jerk. It is one (of my many) weaknesses. in fact my press is equal to my Jerk now. Don't judge me!

    3 diet sodas
    4 glasses of water

    food
    noonish - small leftover steak 4 cubes of swiss

    dinner - chicken, veggies and so much water i can't stand it.

    BTW Squash is not a replacement for noddles!
