  2. 95, 155 x1x3 (too big of a jump), 185 x1x2, 205 (left shoulder VERY soft), 225 (mostly a push jerk and 2 OHSs) ran out of time.

    i think i can get BWT of 255. will try OHS 2x-3x a week as part of my warm-up. yes, i plan to warm-up!

  3. Did the rowing/wallball workout from 2/18/09. Time 15:18. Targets at 10 feet makes things much harder!

    This morning the ladies had an awesome group workout with back squats and a short (but definitely not easy) 5 x 1 minute round metcon. Great work by all!

    Broke the diet. wings, nachos and beer. back at it for 2 more weeks + 1 day. gald i took a day off. sad i ate the habanero wing fin'ing wing!
