  2. Since today may be the last mild temperature day this week I decided to do a running workout. Plan to do Herb's Back Squat/Ring Dip workout later this week.

  5. Yeah - I think you should have tried to knock out the first set unbroken. It would have wiped you out for the rest, but you wiped out for the rest anyway!
