Complete as many rounds as you can in thirty minutes of:
5 - pull-ups
10 - Push-ups
15 - Sit-ups

    5 pull-ups
    5 ring dips
    15 sit ups

    26 rounds

    after all those L pull-ups yesterday and sit ups today, my abs are trashed.

    I did Herb's version today:

    Did 20 rounds in 20 minutes.
    (tailbone getting too sore from all the situps so wimped out at 20 instead of 30 minutes)

    Also did DUx25 x 2 sets.

    I too did 16 rounds; 50% mens push-ups.
    Shoulders sore; Abs not too bad until day 2 post!
