Nice job JB!I did Herb's version today:Did 20 rounds in 20 minutes.(tailbone getting too sore from all the situps so wimped out at 20 instead of 30 minutes)Also did DUx25 x 2 sets.RR
Goal was 15, I made it to 16 and boy, is my butt sore from 240 situps!
CHS-Very nice job, Sharon!!I too did 16 rounds; 50% mens push-ups.Shoulders sore; Abs not too bad until day 2 post!
