Do 1 Clean (from the deck) and 2 Jerks before returning the weight to the starting position. Rest as needed. work up to 85% of your 1RM

  2. As rx'ed up to 145lbs. My knees are still bothering me from Saturday, but my shoulder felt great.

  3. rx'd up to 135lbs. Stayed at that weight and worked on form. Did a lot of reps.
