    C2 rowing ladder. 10 addtional meters every minute. got up to 24. should have completed that last round.

    Then
    SN 165, 175 (F) off 185 PR
    C&J 225, 245 (F) 20 lbs probably too big of a jump at that point. off 255 PR

    C&J - 175lbs, failed at 185lbs - I agree with KF too many reps on the snatch.

    was exhausted by end of work-out.
