    5 Rounds
    Run 400M
    OHS #95 x 15 (1st rep squat snatch)
    Time=15:48

    Compare this to 8/12/08 time=19:52, which was pre-paleo diet and lots of work with Herb to improve my technique. This CrossFit stuff continues to amaze me with its quantifiable affectiveness!

    PS: Can't wait to see what tomorrow's "Anti-Herb" WOD is going to be!

    320 x1, x2, x3 x3 - done to a MedBall. it is now all about maintaining ROM.

    It was only 80% but that extra 20 lbs is not fun when you are alone.
