Based on recovery, we are pushing the "Bear" back a day. Today we will Dead Lift and tomorrow we will poke the "Bear"

  1. I am out of town this week but have been doing a different bodyweight-based WOD every day (including burpees!). It's amazing how a nearby park playground set and a high school running track can provide all the equipment you need for a multitude of different CrossFit workouts. Look forward to being back to TitanFit next Tuesday.
