Well not really. We are doing a 20 - 30 mile bike ride in the morning. If you are interested, we are meeting in Avon. Give a call to join in!

  1. Was traveling out of town this weekend. Since little equipment available did:

    AMRAP in 15 minutes
    Pushups x 20
    Airsquats x 15
    Situps x 10
    HSPU against wall x 5
    7 rounds finished

    Fast, to the point, good basic workout. With CrossFit you never have an excuse not to workout!

  2. Good, minimalistic workout Rick!

    Went for a ride with some of the TF crew. Good weather, nice roads and an overall great ride.

    Next time we're thinking about a longer one. If you're interested in joining, talk to Herb, Kurt, Ryan or myself.
