    5 - LH Snatches - 25lbs.
    5 - RH Snatches - 25lbs.
    10 Push-ups

    Completed 14 rounds in 20 min.

  3. 14 rounds with 1:01 to go. used 30 lbs all the way through and ring push-ups for the first 7 rounds
