    PU - 16,13,9,9,8 (all kip)

    Tabata squats - 15 last rd
    Tabata sit-ups - 8 last rd

  2. one of those days at the gym...
    Snatch 135 was too slow at 155 so i moved on to another exercise.

    DL - 505
    BP - 325 x5 x5

    worked the BP between sets of DL. not near my DL 1RM but after 13 reps of SN and working BP in too, i'm ok with the effort.
