    115lb thrusters
    20lb weighted pullups

    just over twice as slow as my regular fran time. the heavier thrusters absolutely killed my lungs. and legs. and shoulders.

    the weight belt kept slipping off my hips during weighted pullups too. herb, you need to get a weight vest!
