2/3 CFT...still have too much knee to squat.Press - 215 (30 lbs off PR)DL - 530 - (40 lbs off PR)
HPS - worked up to 125 lbSnatch Bal - worked up to 155 X 1, failed 165 x 1
worked up to 185. did ONLY power SN. did alot of reps 30+ at lower weights while coaching KM
