    Straps really hurt my right wrist on KTE's.

    Sub 1.5 pood bell
    Swings – unbroken
    Wall-ball – broken on the set of 21only
    KTe’s – all broken except for the last 6…would have broken those if not for the straps. ROM not needs to improve. About a 3rd of the KTEs were KTtriceps
