    (2 months ago was about 17min, which was pre-Herb Sampson School of Deadlifting!).

    I should be able to come this Saturday AM. Anyone interested in a group CF Total workout? I figure most of us perform better in the group environment anyway, maybe we can all get a best effort this way.

    Followed with 4 Rounds of:

    400m Run
    50 Squats

    Time = 12:41

    CFT for Saturday sounds like a great idea. it is coming up and you are right we all do better with someone there to push/spot us.
