I did the same as kurt -305It was not as Rx'ed but my back was feeling up to 90% maxstill i felt better after the workout than i did before the workout!
255 x 12 x 1 DLworked on starting position and pulling from the heels. tabata handstands against wall :20 on/:10 off.
DL as rx'ed.
