Workout

"Barbara"
Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest three (3) minutes between each round. Post time for each round (not including the 3:00 rest)

  1. Ok, so I got to be "girlie" on this workout:
    3X 10 pull-ups, 15 push-ups, 25 sit-ups, 30 squats
    2:49, 3:16, 2:57 for a total of 9:22

  4. jay and josh did a solid job. this workout isn't so much an all out sprint, more like running 800m intervals. you need to be fast, but a small amount of pacing goes a long way.
