  2. Excellent job in group workout Saturday AM. Since I can't come on Sunday I stayed and did CFT with Herb instead:

    Squat 300 (PR)
    Press 140
    DL 360 (PR)
    Total 800 (PR)

    It was a good workout to start 2009. I except big numbers from everyone on Sunday AM - good luck!

    Kelin - the bolts had the better team. Did you see that 67 yard punt?

    Congrats Dr. Rick! Following up a 300lbs. BS with a 360lbs. DL is amazing. What was you DL PR before today?
