    When I told Herb I was going to do a modified version of his WOD he foolishly said "You must like thrusters". Like many others, I don't like them at all but need to get better at them - so I am forcing myself to do more than I would like. This workout hurts as bad as Fran, the pain just lasts a little longer...

    Can't wait to be in the new facility soon!

  4. As rx'ed.

    Time = 12:31.

    I fell to JB on the push-ups. Over a year and I still don't think I'm much better at push-ups.

    Rowing intervals 250m @ 1:45 pace X 6

    500m row sprint 1:44

    That looks like a bear of a WOD. Great job JB and KT.

  8. I did this at Gold's this morning so I had to modify a bit:

    50 squats
    40 situps
    30 pullups (with 50 pds assistance... so i was pulling 75)
    20 thrusters (with the 45 pd bar)
    20 leg raises (I was too short to grab any weight with my feet so I did 20 leg raises instead of 10 KTE)
    20 kettlebell swings (with a 35 pd dumbbell)
    30 pushups
    40 situps
    50 squats

    15 minutes and 56 seconds later I wanted to die. The end.
