    Did not go to 110% of snatch max as was trying to improve form vs just going heavier with poor form. Next time!

    Finished with few sets of ring dips and HSPU's.

  4. WOD as rx'd just done on Monday not Sunday. Only made 6 rounds, probably could have done the 7, but wimped out.
