Workout

For time:
45 Double-unders
135 pound Squat clean, 45 reps
45 Ring Dips
45 Double-unders

Sub for double unders are:
Tuck Jumps
Lateral Hops
Butt Kickers

Scale to your current level of fitness. Remember we are trying to keep the power quotation high. As such if you are taking a great deal of time with the double unders, switch to one of the subs.

    #45x10, #95x5, #115x2, #125x1, #135x1, #145x1, #150x1

    2)Push press and push jerk:
    Did one rep after each of the above shoulder press lifts (re-racked wt prior to attempt on the heavier weights), then did #160 and #170

    1-chicken breast
    lots of water
    1-12 ounce cups of black coffee

    lunch
    1-chicken breats
    2 cans of diet Mt. Dew

    dinner
    Salmon
    grilled mix veggies
    1 diet lipton tea
    handful of sunflower seeds and peanuts
    large salad
