5 - Pull-ups
10 - Push-ups
15 - Squats
This will be good for JT, JW, JS and LH, as it will give them an opportunity to see how far they have come in the last couple of months.

ReplyDeleteoff my PR of 14 but this is more legit than was the pull-ups on the old squat rack.
ad KTF once said softly...i've missed you. maybe i will set up the old squat rack in the garage for old time sake.
