  2. worked on fronts squats to 180 for a double.

    Sharon - way to suck it up and knock out those burpees. And Watson, you FINALLY went all out. It's ABOUT DAMN TIME.

    Also, we (mostly me - Herb just chuckled) came up with 2 official "Gym Rules" today @ the box. I won't go into them in details, other than the punishment for breaking the rules involves burpees. Check out the board next time you're at the gym.

  3. Thanks, guys...that was a tough one! Maybe it was the 2 days off that did it, not sure.
    19:49 seemed too slow to me, will have to definitely improve next time.
