Also, we (mostly me - Herb just chuckled) came up with 2 official "Gym Rules" today @ the box. I won't go into them in details, other than the punishment for breaking the rules involves burpees. Check out the board next time you're at the gym.
Thanks, guys...that was a tough one! Maybe it was the 2 days off that did it, not sure. 19:49 seemed too slow to me, will have to definitely improve next time.
