    I'm happy with that...gotta get better on those burpees (or just not do them may be better!)

    400m run
    21 x 155# bench press
    21 KTE
    400m
    15 BP
    15 KTE
    400m
    9 BP
    9 KTE

    19:05. runs were quick and KTE were unbroken but the BP destroyed my time.
