"Grace"

30 - 135 pound Clean and Jerks (overhead anyhow)

Use 95 pounds, 65 pounds or PVC as needed. If you are sub 4:00 for "Grace" move to 155 lbs or 170 lbs. GET SOME!

    Time=5:15 (PR by about 40 seconds)

    Did this Wednesday night - must have just known Herb was going to post it!
