I tried a another one of the CrossFit Games qualification workouts:
3 Rounds DL #275 x 10 Double Unders x 50 Time 11:51
Definitley better than the workout from yesterday. Just wanted to be under 15 Minutes so was happy. If I was more efficient at double unders could have done this much faster - they just are so aerobically demanding for me that my rest times are too long. I bet both Kurt and Jerry would do well on this workout.
BBH OK i'm not too bright. after killing my shoulders with ring dips, i thought BPing was a good idea...NOT. 45 x10, 135 x10 x2, 225 x10 x2, 315 x5 x2, 365 x3 x2, 401 (F)
