  1. I tried a another one of the CrossFit Games qualification workouts:

    3 Rounds
    DL #275 x 10
    Double Unders x 50
    Time 11:51

    Definitley better than the workout from yesterday. Just wanted to be under 15 Minutes so was happy. If I was more efficient at double unders could have done this much faster - they just are so aerobically demanding for me that my rest times are too long. I bet both Kurt and Jerry would do well on this workout.

    OK i'm not too bright. after killing my shoulders with ring dips, i thought BPing was a good idea...NOT.
