*Or 70% of your 1Rm if you are unable to achieve BWT for 40 reps...the bar plus necessary plates that equal your body weight. Error on the high side.

    he said BS - So I did do BW BS, 3 sets to failure.

    but not for time and no run.

    both of us finished just under 5 min.

    won't make it in tomorrow...going to the Colt's pre-season opener, yea!

  5. when we first met you, Sharon, you could not run 200M. now you are running 3/4 of a mile AFTER Squating. Great Job!
