    Squats unbroken. Had to break the chest to bar pull-ups several times, including a few reps I had to repeat since didn't get high enough.

    Will try snatch grip DL workout tomorrow at the gym.

  3. apparently no one liked the idea of snatch grip dead lift!

    I will do it as soon as my hands have recovered from the pull up ladder last week!
