Kathy, Hans, Drew (welcome back from Oregon!) and I all did the DL 80% max 5-4-3-2-1 workout from earlier in the week.
For the metcon they all did a great job on a 1/2 Karen (75 wall-balls) after the deadlifts. I did 5 rounds of Row 250M/burpee x 5 workout Time=6:19 (last time 6:50).
