WO with slight modification.Went up in 10 lbs. increments after the timed sets, working toward 1 RM. Got 1 RM of 185 lbs. Tried 205 lbs. thereafter. Got underneath the bar but couldn't get out of the hole.KF
got a new PR of 255. failed at 275. MUST BEAT FULLER!
