    Burpees suck. It took > 4 min to do them. Ugh.

    Can't wait for 100 KB swings now that my hip extensors are fried.

    made up some time on double unders and bupees. the burpees felt great, i had been doing them with a 20lb weight vest lately, and with just bodyweight i felt like i had springs in my arms.

    post WOD i got 35 double unders unbroken for a PR.

  6. I was approx 20 minutes with it, i could only at the minutes as I did the workout. Subbed regular jump rope for DU but did 200 regular jumps...everything else as prescribed
