  3. Thanks. In honor of the big B-day, I did the "Filthy 43" today (the easier version of the group workout done last Saturday). I did it in 23:10 (had to sub 4x single unders for DU due to some back tightness, otherwise as Rx:). I know those last 7 reps for each exercise really make things a lot harder (probably exponentially), so nice work to last Saturday's crew.

    Hope to see everyone this Saturday at FGB!
