Heavy Grace Squat Clean and Jerk (full front squat) #155 x 30 reps Time = 19:49
This one hurt. Cleans felt good, the jerks (about half were push, half were split) were limiting factor, just couldn't knock them out quickly. Over 3x longer than my usual Grace time (#135 and power cleans)! Things that don't kill us make us stronger...
