    Nice job on the scaled up CFHQ PP/row workout. I hope to do CFT later this week, probably Friday night at TitanFit.

    Today I am joining Herb in the Carb Lockdown diet. I plan to go until Easter with this - so 40 days in all. Today was Day #1. I had fruit, vegetables, tuna, fish, a diet soda and lots of water. I don't plan to post a daily food log but suffice to say there will be no processed carbs from now until the bitter end.
