Hopefully tomorrow's workout will help me not think about a certain team that plays downtown that can't run or stop the run....
Excellent job in group workout Saturday AM. Since I can't come on Sunday I stayed and did CFT with Herb instead:
Squat 300 (PR)
Press 140
DL 360 (PR)
Total 800 (PR)
It was a good workout to start 2009. I except big numbers from everyone on Sunday AM - good luck!
