Hey TitanFit!
I will need your support - I am going to start a strict 1 year ramp up to the 2010 games! I think Kurt is going to do it with me, and I encourage anyone else to participate too!
Starting July 4 I will be in a strict training plan to see what 52 weeks of good diet and CF can do(July 4 2009 - July 4 2010.) I will be logging my results and journal'ing as much as i can.

I need TF to help ensure I get to the gym, and stay on my diet! It is now harder for me to make it to TF because I work in Carmel - so It may be 6pm by the time I get there, but if i have some moral support I won't be able to find excuses.
My car is fix and picking it up tonight, so I plan to be there tomorrow! Feel free to call or text or e-mail me to keep me on my toes - "where were you?", "what was your Cindy score?", "what did you eat for dinner tonight?" that kind of stuff - even if you don't care to hear the answer if you ask me I will have to stay honest!
I did good on the 30 day lock down, and I have been pretty good paelo recently - but 1 year will be tough!
I will also be looking for competition in terms of WODs - if you are better than me at something I expect you to keep pushing me - if I am better at something than you, I would love it if you keep telling me how you have improved to keep me motivated.
