sub'ed 400M to start and 400M at the end. the last 400M took 3:00!

This was a VERY TOUGH workout...why you ask...open mouth, insert foot....I asked to do a 400 before each round, instead of the start of an 800...

5 dead hang pull-ups
7 kipping pull-ups

toughest pull-up centric WOD I've ever done. wrecked my hands.
