Workout

For time:
800M Run/1000M row then...
5 Rounds:
10 - SDHP (Guys use 95# and Ladies use 65#)
10 - Ring Dips
10 - Ab Mat Sit-ups

The ring dips can be "normal", jumping, or we can revert to ring push-ups...

Kurt does not like ring dips...

Lately I have received a few questions on how to perform a kipping pull-up. Check out the following to get a better understanding casue at 265 lbs I'm not a lot of help.

yo CW...good job on the sub 14. this workout hard. were those 25lb weighted ring dips?? if so, that's studly ~JB

JB - I was too lazy to set up my rings and too lazy to sub 2:1 or 3:1 regular dips, so I added weight.
