AMRAP in 15 minutes of:

10 - Push-ups
This workout was adapted from the 10 minute, 250M row 7-95 lbs Press workout from HQ. I think Push-ups “levels the field” and will make this workout, which is best done as a competition, more exciting.
Performance Menu workout:
Power snatch + OHS + snatch balance – 80% of best power snatch x 4 sets
Tall clean (very little leg bend) 5 x 2
7 rounds for time of:
250 m row
5 burpees

way harder than it looks.
9 sets of rowing 8 of push-ups(did the last set of pu, just because). felt much like "Cindy" as the reps and meters were low enough, there wasn't a reason to break. can do a few more sets, if i do not stop for h2o. goal next time is 11!
