Scaled to 75 lbs. on the SDHP's, really for no reason. The SDHP's were VERY easy compared to the Ring Dips. I've got to begin working on the rings a little more.

Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps

press: 105/115/120/125/130

push press: 135/135/135/140/145

push jerk: 140/145/150/140 (failed on 5th)/135

i was happy with the 150 x 5 on the 3rd set of push jerk. this was the hardest pressing workout i've ever done.
