Worked up to the following:
Press: 3 - 80lbs. x 3, 1 - 85lbs. x 1, 1 - 100lbs. x 3
Deadlift: 3 - 255lbs. x 3

Press - 185 x5 x5 (missed the 5th on the 3rd and 5th set...i don't think i rested long enough as the 4th set was very easy)
awesome job by KF as his total in CFT for the press was 95 lbs a week ago...today he did 100 lbs for reps. it must be the new rack.
